M & S Flooring is blessed to have an exceptional Senior Leadership Team with a blend of talents, expertise and skills with a common focus on excellence. 

Susan E. Webster, CEO and Co-Founder.  Susie was extremely active in a controller role in the early years of M & S Flooring.  Her understanding of the dynamics of the entire business has grown dramatically over time.  Today, Susie serves as CEO, overseeing the vision and strategy of the      M & S team.

Michael A. Webster, President and Co-Founder with more than twenty-five years of experience in the flooring industry. Mike maintains regular contact with customers and actively directs all functions of the company. He is a visionary and champion’s diversity and opportunity within the company and community. Mike is a committed Christian businessman.

Dennis Sturgill, VP of Operations since 1999, was M & S Flooring’s first employee. Dennis has garnered tremendous installation management expertise over more than twenty years of diversified flooring experience, to include ownership in an installation company for several years. Dennis has contributed greatly to M & S Flooring’s quality reputation. He directs installation services and quality assurance.

Doug Gerhart, Sales Manager, joined the company in early 2003. Doug brings more than twenty years of diverse flooring experience. Along with his exceptional sales management skills, Doug also previously owned an installation company.  Doug is excellent in business development and  building strong and lasting relationships.

Terry Black, Chairman of the Board, BS in business, MBA, is an experienced business leader, strategist and consultant. Terry has more than thirty years expertise in the business arena. He is the former president of three Dayton-based companies and has served as interim CEO for several companies.  Terry has partnered with M & S Flooring since 2003 as a business advisor.

Sara Cantrell, General Manager and Administrative Operations.  Sara joined M & S Flooring, Inc. in 2009 and brings over 17 years of diversified experience in commercial and retail flooring.  She has extensive customer service experience and success.  She has a proven record of results oriented leadership and strong team building skills.
